The Accounts Receivable is responsible for recovering and protecting Lineage Connect assets by collecting, applying payments, while performing analysis of payment history and accounts receivable aging reconciliations. This position will oversee all customer contact and records including filing and reporting as needed to support all areas of the operation. In addition, this position is responsible for internal supplies inventory and guest check-in. This position supports the Office Manager with regular tasks and upkeep of the office and company records.

  • Answer & route telephones and communicate with customers for daily needs.
  • Check-in and direct guests.
  • Maintain the lobby, conference rooms, supply closet, janitorial closet, and copier area(s) for appearance and order.
  • Oversee the scheduling of the conference room(s).
  • Balancing accounts receivable aging accounts
  • Process and distribute customer statements.
  • Make collections calls / send collections emails as needed for accounts over 30/60/90 days past due.
  • Post & prepare past due notices.
  • Process cash applications (checks, credit cards, ACH, commissions/passthroughs, etc.).
  • Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
  • Prepares spreadsheets for billing and customers as needed.
  • File job tickets for billing daily.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, researching customer accounts, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes internal mail.
  • Maintain Customer files and contracts
  • Maintain tax exempt certifications
  • Maintain customer terms and conditions
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Update accounting system customer demographic

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years experience in accounts receivables, administrative assistance, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Postal Knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask & problem solve

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • This position is in a warehouse/office environment.
  • Standard & specialized office equipment is used (such as computers, phones, copier, mail machine, folder inserter, printers, sorters, etc.) as well as tool use (screw driver, clamps, drills, pliers, wrenches, etc.).
  • Filing, bending, standing, reaching with hands/arms, using tools, etc. as necessary.
  • This position would require some lifting (up to 25lbs).
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to speak and hear.

• This position requires little to no travel.
