The Carolina PCC Trade Show began in 1961 with the formation of local mail users’ councils, also known as citizens’ advisory councils (Greater Charlotte Postal Customer Council, 2017).
This program focuses on improving customer service, satisfaction and profitability for individuals in the postage industry. Today, there are more than 250 PCCs representing nearly 150,000 active mailers.
A joint PCC meeting (trade show) for North and South Carolina was held on Friday, September 22, 2017. The event was held at the Elevation Church conference center in North West Charlotte. Approximately 400 people were in attendance.
