We believe that commitment and focus must start at the top and be modeled by our leaders. We are blessed to have the kind of leadership team that does just that during the document storage, mailing, or management process here at Lineage.
Richard Williams
President/CEO
To say that Richard worked his way up within Lineage may be a bit of an understatement. Joining the then family business in 1984 as a janitor, Richard wore many hats along the way before being named President in 2007. As part of the original leadership team with his parents, David and Anna Williams, Richard helped grow the company to six locations and 106 employees. In 2016, Richard became the CEO to lead Lineage into the future and launched the Lineage Foundation to support mission projects. Richard and his wife of 24 years, Tiffany have three sons – Ian, Mason and Cole. Between guiding Lineage, investing time and resources in local to international missions and his involvement in his church, Richard’s plate is joyfully full.
David Hillery
CFO
After 11 years in public accounting, Dave joined Lineage at the turn of the century and has worn a few hats over the years (the last one will stick – CFO). A numbers guy, Dave has two numbers that are most important to him – 22 and 3. 22 years married to Katie and 3…as in kids – Matthew, Daniel and Hannah. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him with his family, volunteering as treasurer for non-profits or on the ice and ball fields coaching.
Andria Russ
VP of Human Resources
As if one job was not enough, Andria has two with Lineage! She oversees all of the company’s human resources (which she has been doing since October 2015) and serves as office manager for the company headquarters in Charlotte (since March 2013). When she's not solving the latest HR issues or planning the next office party, Andria likes to spend time with her husband of 27 years, Jimmie and their adult daughters, Tiffany and Jessica (and of course their great Danes Loki and Maggie!)
Paul Klein
General Manager Buffalo Rochester
With 31 years under his belt, Paul holds the honor of longest tenure on our leadership team. Quite literally, he’s done it all over the years – sales, shipping/integration, sales management and now general manager. The only job he has held longer is that of husband – to his wife of 32 years, Diane. And with three grown children (Jessica, Timothy and Madeline) spread from Charlotte to New York to London, he and Diane stay busy traveling.
Lance Smith
General Manager Little Rock
Lance Smith comes to Lineage with over 17 years of experience working in Sales and Sales Management at major Fortune 500 Tech Companies. With the majority of his time spent at Hewlett Packard, Lance brings extensive knowledge about the industry along with new ideas on growth within Lineage. Lance resides in Conway with his wife of 21 years, Jennifer. They have two sons, one in college and the other in 4th grade, as well as two rescue dogs. In his spare time Lance tries to keep up with his children's activities and enjoys spending time pursuing outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
Tony Ambrosia
General Manager Kansas City
Before joining the Lineage family in July 2018, Tony spent 20 years in the Fortune 500 sector holding regional, national and senior leadership positions. His last nine years was spent as a Senior & General Manager for Neopost USA. The main loves and passions of Tony's life can be summed up with 3 F's and 3 B's (no, not his high school report card). Faith, Family and Friends are the center of his life, that he lovingly shares with his wife of 33 years, Tammy, their two children Kris and Sarah and their three grandchildren. His main entertainment and likes are Baseball, Bruce Springsteen and Brew (dark roast coffee and espresso).
Alison Hall
General Manager Lineage Mailing Services
Alison Hall would be what some might call a "lifer" in the mailing industry. She joined Lineage in 2018 with over 25 years of experience in the shipping and mailing industry including operations, USPS relations, general management, sales and client services. When she's not being Wonder Woman at Lineage Mailing Services, she's enjoying life with her husband, Scott, and two teenagers, Wyatt and Gracie. Alison is just as involved outside of Lineage, staying active in her local church, leisurely reading or catching a Chiefs or Royals game!
