POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales & Service Analyst plays a critical role in driving data accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by managing service and sales data, CRM administration, and performance reporting. This role serves as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Service, and Leadership, delivering actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and process optimization.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Support Analytics

  • Collaborate with Finance department to review and analyze reporting data in regard to service contracts, billing, price increases, and profitability.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain service financial and performance data within service metric dashboards, identifying and resolving suspect data points.
  • Review MIF (machines in field) reporting across equipment categories (B&W, B&W with Color, Production, KPI, etc.).
  • Maintain and report a dynamic list of “end-of-life” field systems.
  • Review loaner equipment deployment and field status, reporting findings to management.
  • Review monthly field technician car stock levels and communicate to Service Management.
  • Maintain accurate technician territory assignments.
  • Partner with management to analyze usage data, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and track PM activity monthly.
  • Track field technician-generated leads and report conversions to Sales leadership.

 

Sales Support Analytics

  • Analyze data and deliver recommendations that focus on sales and efficiency improvements.
  • Track and analyze performance trends and recommend items to scale or improve.
  • Manage Dashboard creation and upkeep in Salesforce.
  • Manage territory/account assignments, and all subsequent changes due to sales turnover.
  • Assist in sales team training and best practice use of Salesforce.
  • Oversee metrics such as forecasting, pipeline development and Affinity lease progress.
  • Provide proactive reports of activity, performance conflicts, and operational reporting.
  • Pull and provide target lists as requested by Sales Management from multiple databases assigning & creating leads as directed by Sales Management
  • Analyze Quadient promotions and match to existing Lineage customers, as well as known competitive records in Salesforce.
  • Convert manual/email leads we receive (from Quadient, Buyerzone, Hubspot/Lineage) into “Leads” in Salesforce.

 

Cross Functional Support and Other Items

  • Act as a communication liaison when needed between Dispatch, Shop, Field Technicians, Sales Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Develop expert-level proficiency in operational and reporting systems including Printavista, eAutomate, CEO Juice, Salesforce, and related data platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience preferred in Sales Operations, Service Operations, CRM Administration, Business Analytics, or a closely related role.
  • Proven ability to independently manage recurring operational processes, reporting cycles, and data validation with minimal oversight.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, with the ability to build and maintain reports that support daily operations and management decisions.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
  • Ability to independently identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies across multiple systems.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to evolving reporting and data requirements.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and service management systems, preferably eAutomate, Printavista, CEO Juice.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • This position is in a professional office environment.
  • This is largely a sedentary position.
  • This position would require some lifting (up to 75lbs).
  • Filing, bending, standing, reaching with hands/arms, etc. as necessary.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to speak and hear.

TRAVEL:
This position requires occasional domestic travel.
