Dear Valued Employees, Customers, and Vendors

Your safety is important to us. We are closely monitoring the CDC’s guidelines and recommendations on how to help prevent the spread of this virus. Our goal is to keep our employees, their families and our community safe. We wanted to give you an update on our COVID-19 plan. The Lineage Management team has discussed our response to the COVID-19 virus. We addressed the steps we are taking to ensure Lineage employees, our facilities, our customers or anyone we are in contact with is operating in a healthy environment.

Travel:

Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, Lineage will be taking the following precautionary steps to decrease exposure to our employees and our customers related to unnecessary travel. We will be restricting nonessential travel. Our service team will continue to perform essential service calls and installations. Our employees, when possible, will be working from home to decrease possible exposure. Our sales professionals where possible will use video conferencing in place of face to face meetings. All supply orders will be shipped directly to the customer.

Per CDC guidelines, employees who have a fever or any symptoms of COVID-19 are to stay home. Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 or has been exposed to the virus, are to stay home and self-quarantine for 14 days. Any employee who has traveled to an identified area that is posing a COVID-19 related risk or if they have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Office Safety:

Lineage has reviewed with all employees proper hand-washing techniques and have implemented additional routine sanitization twice daily to reduce the potential spread of germs.

Hours of Operation:

At this time we do not foresee the need to close our offices. Our management team will continue to monitor this situation to determine what additional actions may be necessary.

Thank you so much for allowing us to serve your organization.
Sincerely,
Richard Williams, CEO
